Their staff incudes 3 apprentices, 7 licensed plumbers, labourers, a backhoe operator and administrative personnel

The businesses are long time supporters of the Trade Golf Day - a fundraiser for the Mansfield hospital - and sponsors of achievement and encouragement awards at the Mansfield Secondary College. As well, they have donated to many of the local sports groups, Tolmie Sports, the local SES and the Rotary Club.
