This week I had to contact many local organizations to ensure they had received invitations to and are attending, the Reddrops Foodworks and Mansfield Mitre 10 “Customer Choice” presentation next week. When attending the function they are presented with donations by way of vouchers to be spent at Mitre 10 and cheques from Mansfield Foodworks. The value of the donation depends on the frequency customers have specified the organization when purchasing goods at the stores over the past year.

I was at a loss to know who to contact and the phone number of many of the organizations. The contact point for service clubs and sporting groups generally depends on who the office bearers are at any particular time. If you don’t know a member you are at a loss.

Anyway, your site was invaluable with not only the community groups but also the churches, hospital and various other services. Those contacted were delighted to hear their organization is to receive a donation, and must be glad they published their details on your site.
